Lisa Rangel, PHR (Professional In Human Resources), CPRW (Certified Professional Resume Writer) and CEIC (Certified Employment Interview Consultant), is the Managing Director of Chameleon Resumes and a graduate of Cornell University. As a recruitment professional for over 13 years, she has held management and producer roles for international, public recruitment conglomerates to domestic, private search firms. Lisa knows first-hand what resumes get a response from reviewing thousands of resumes over the years and helping recruiters seek talent for their premier organizations. Lisa can show candidates which resume styles, wordings, and formats she and her corporate clients have responded to when recruiting top-notch candidates. She has written resumes, prepared candidates for interviews and performed job search coaching for professionals ranging from executive to entry-level to returning to work in various disciplines spanning across a multitude of industries and corporate cultures.

Lisa brings over 20 years of career counseling, human resources and management experience to Ark Career Coaching. She has continued success developing individuals at all stages of their career.

She helps students identify educational options, select their academic major, as well as interview for internships and jobs. Lisa works with individuals in career transition and career development to engage their strengths and passions. She supports her clients as they create their career path and employ strategies to achieve their goals. She also works with executives who want to develop their leadership skills and advance professionally. Additionally, Lisa works with people who want to plan an active and fulfilling retirement.

Lisa had her first coaching experience in 1982 as a college Career Counselor under the tutelage of Howard Fiegler, renowned career counseling expert. She worked with students to develop resumes, interview skills, networking and job search strategies.

From 1984 until 2004 Lisa progressively grew as a human resources professional. As a Recruiter, a Director of Employee Development, a Director of Human Resources and a Human Resources Consultant, Lisa has always been involved in helping people identify and build upon their strengths.

Lisa started Ark Career Coaching in 2004 after becoming a Certified Master Coach by Suzanne Skiffington and The Behavioral Coaching Institute. She has continued to grow professionally by taking many classes through the International Coaching Federation and the Career Coach Institute such as: Career Coaching, Quantum Shift Coaching, Retirement Coaching and Entrepreneurial Coaching. Lisa also has a B.A. in Psychology and an M.S. in Human Resources Management.

Lisa has been actively involved as a Board Member of the New Jersey Professional Coaches Association, Vice President of the Bernards Township Chamber of Commerce, Powerful You Facilitator, Participant Experience Chairperson for the annual Garden State Society for Human Resources Management Conference and she is an active participant in the Virtual Learning Community of the Career Coach Institute.

Lisa has access to tested coaching techniques, tools and assessments that are designed to help individuals enhance the quality of their lives and successfully achieve their goals. She focuses on where her client is now, where they want to be and what they are willing to do to create their desired future. PAULA ROBB

For over 25 years, Paula Robb has provided career coaching, job search and relocation support to executives and their spouses, both domestically and internationally. She has significant experience working with international clients and corporations doing career transition and repatriation coaching.

As a former corporate executive, Paula has hands-on business know-how and brings a practical, results-oriented focus to her engagements, as well as experience in a wide range of US and multi-national organizations.

As an executive coach, whether a client is struggling with a "too tough” style or needs to learn how to "let go” in order to lead, Paula’s combination of objectivity and support has enabled her clients to learn new, more effective behaviors in response to the toughest management and organizational challenges. Quoted in the "Wall Street Journal’s Career Journal”, Paula is frequently called on to address the unique needs of executive women.

Prior to launching her own coaching practice in 1991, Paula established the Northeast office of EnterChange, an Atlanta-based human resources consulting firm. A former Managing Director with Drake Beam Morin, she partnered with Fortune 500 corporations to design and deliver high-quality career transition programs.

Paula also held positions as a Human Resources executive with United Jersey Banks, a management development trainer with Prudential Insurance Company and an educator in the New Jersey Public School system. She holds BA and MAT degrees and is certified by the International Board for Career Management Certification.

Paula also volunteers as an Adult Literacy/ESL Coach with Literacy Volunteers of Morris County. She has traveled extensively throughout the US and overseas which has given her a rich international perspective and a global mindset.
