How to Eat Whatever You Want, Whenever You Want… and Feel Liberated

While health trends and fad diets can often create conflicting advice, it seems everyone can agree on one thing : it would be ideal to eat whatever you wanted, whenever you wanted to! Sounds too good to be true but have you ever tried eating “intuitively”? As a registered dietitian trained in weight management and disease prevention, I have seen firsthand how the current society of dieting actually leads to more weight gain and a worse body image. 

When following the principles of intuitive eating, you can release all your rules and restrictions on what you should be eating or when you should be eating. By learning how to really tune in to your body and honoring it’s cues, you open up a world where no food is off limits!
