In our modern hectic world, people are yearning for peace and looking for ways to center themselves because they know in their hearts that stress can really harm their health for the long run. Mindfulness exercises and Meditation draw the attention of people through various scientific studies and recommendations from many different specialists. However, there are many false beliefs and expectations about meditation like

-    I have to stop thinking while I am meditation

-    During meditation, I must feel good most of the time; otherwise, it is wrong

-    Meditation apps are just as good

-    Meditation is only for the spiritual people, etc.

Nandar Matari will explain

-  what actually happens when we meditate

-    what the difference between Yoga and Meditation is,

-    how to choose the right kind of meditation for yourself

-    how meditation can renew your body and mind

-    how you can develop the habit of meditation in your daily life

Nandar Matari was born and raised in Burma or Myanmar. Since 1993, she has been learning and practicing the precious ancient methods of mindfulness and meditations from many Buddhist monks and masters out of her own interest. During the past 25 years, she practiced different careers as English Teacher in Burma, Financial Consultant and later Sales Manager and Recruiting Specialist in Germany. Additionally, she studied Neuro-Linguistic-Programming techniques and mind, body and spirit correlation techniques and practically used them to transform her life and her team members in her career as a Sales Manager. Though she achieved several professional and financial successes in her careers, she did not really feel fulfilled.

Since March 2014, she decided to follow her heart and dedicated to share her knowledge of meditations to people from all walks of life. Out of her own long year practices of meditation and diverse experiences, she has created 10-15 minutes guided meditations to transform people lives. She is an author of an auto-biography “Following the Sparks” https://goo.gl/v8CeRD  published in November 2016. She has been living in Frankfurt, Germany for the past 12 years and now currently migrated to the States since November 2017, to build the meditation culture in the companies and spread her techniques of meditation to more people.
